Returns Policy


You can always return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please fill out the Returns Form provided here and include it together with your item(s). 

Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs and for the parcel until it reaches us.

We currently offer an express return service which is optional* and gives you the possibility of returning your item(s) on a track and trace service. Please contact our customer service with your order number and which products you’d like to return and we’ll send you a DHL Express return label together with a completed customs declaration. This way your return will arrive to us within 1-3 working days and you will be able to trace the parcel all the way back to us. The cost of using this optional service is 20$. The reason for this return cost is because we are receiving these fees directly from DHL. These fees will thereafter be deducted from your refund.
*this service is only applicable for United States, Switzerland, Canada & Australia

If you wish to return your order on your own, please remember to mark your package as ’RMA’ as we cannot otherwise accept your return from the customs department.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they arrived and with all product tags attached. If they do not return in their original condition they will be returned back to you.

All returns will be handled as soon as possible after they have arrived but this process may take up to 7 working days. You’ll receive an e-mail once the return has been handled to confirm the refund or if any other action has been taken. 

Refunds will always be made back to the cardholder account from which the order/purchase was made unless you opt for a gift card. 


If you’d like to exchange an item, the best way to do this is to place a new order on the desired product/size and returning the item(s) you’ve received for a full refund.
