- You are responsible for the return cost.
- Our return deadline is 30 days from the time you receive your order. You must also inform us via the digital return form within this deadline.
- The item should be returned in its original condition, that means with the label hanging on, without odors, stains, marks or hairs, etc.
- Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.
It's a good idea to obtain proof of postage.
